TopSavings.Net was founded by Aaron Siegel (CEO) in 2001 in Santa Cruz, California as a way to offer telecommunications shopping to consumers, businesses, enterprises, and government agencies online. TopSavings.Net operates under the fictitious business name LL Unlimited aptly titled after Aaron’s first two children.

Aaron Siegel continues to work on TopSavings.Net solely on his own and takes great pride in his hard work as laborious as it may be at times. At the age of 35 Aaron plans to continue offering services online well beyond 2010.
